Rawgarden cannot accept any responsibility for goods ordered and delivered to addresses with insufficient access.

We reserve the right to make a charge of up to £50 to cover our collection costs.

If an order is returned to Rawgarden due to a failed delivery there will be a further charge of £4.95 for a re-delivery.

Carriers normally attempt to deliver an order 3 times before the goods are returned to Rawgarden.

We are unable to issue a refund for the carriage of unwanted goods returned to Rawgarden.
