To return, follow our steps...

Please follow our returns procedure below:
If you do not follow these steps, the refund process may be delayed.
- Before returning goods to Rawgarden, please obtain an authorisation code by contacting Customer Services by email or by telephone on 01440 831877.
- Please ensure that a copy of your original order invoice is sent with the goods you are returning. If you do not have the original invoice, you may provide a letter containing your personal details so that we can trace your order.
- For all returns you will be asked to arrange and pay for the return of the items to Rawgarden. We are happy to arrange collection, but the cost will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund due. Please note that the minimum charge is £27.50 for collections organised by Rawgarden, and in some areas it may be more. Call us for a quote on 01440 731877.
- When returning items we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and, wherever possible, use registered mail. We regret that we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please see loss and liability.
