We will make any refunds within 30 days

The majority of our goods have a one-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

On receipt of delivery, please unpack carefully and check over your goods.

If you believe the goods to have a manufacturing fault, please photograph the items immediately and forward the images to us within 48 hours of receipt, via your order confirmation e-mail. (If you are the recipient of the goods and not the purchaser, please call us on 01440 731877 or send us an email for advice)

Please follow our returns procedures

If as a consequence we ask you to return the items to Rawgarden, please read and follow our returns procedures.

Once the goods arrive back at Rawgarden, we will examine them and keep you fully informed of how we intend to remedy the situation.

Rawgarden will refund the carriage costs of the return by you, and partly refund or replace any goods found to be faulty in accordance with the assessment procedure given above.

We will make any refunds within 30 days.
