If you change your mind...

You may usually cancel your order (once accepted by Rawgarden) for any reason up to the point of despatch (with the exception of any made-to-order items ( eg plaques and bench inscriptions).
You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to tell us in writing that you wish to cancel your contract and that the goods are unwanted. An email will suffice, with your order number enclosed.
Goods in transit
If the goods are already in transit and you cancel
your contract, please do not unpack them when they arrive. We
ask that you send the goods back to us at our contact address
at your own cost and risk as soon as possible and within 7 days.
Please follow the steps given in our Returns
Procedure.
Once you have told us in writing that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your order delivery date (provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in fully resaleable condition).
If you do not return the goods delivered to you within a reasonable period of time or do not pay the cost of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited.
